I started with the Clara figure from "The Impossible Set". I removed the head and sneakers and cut off the bottom part of the dress. I used milliput to sculpt the collar and center piece of the blouse. I also used milliput to extend the sleeves. I painted the legs and the blouse. I found a high resolution image of the skirt on the internet. I extended it in Photoshop and printed it on iron-on inkjet paper. I then ironed it onto 1/16" neoprene and cut it into the shape of the skirt and glued it together using loctite glue. I also found an image of the necklace, which I printed on paper, cut out and used Bondic to add a layer of clear plastic. I also used boots from a Torchwood "Gwen" figure. After gluing on the necklace and putting the skirt on the figure, I re-attached the head.
