Been wanting a more classic Thing for a long time. I liked the height and rough proportions of the Hasbro one, but the head was really weird and he was a bit too "stony"; I like the "plates" look to his hide.
I sanded down the rockiness, and filled it out quite a bit (the original figure is far too "cut" in it's abs and torso for my taste). Sculpted an entirely new neck portion and fitted it with a ToyBiz head. And then complete repaint.
