Decided it was time to bolster the Justice League shelf with some 90's members. While not necessarily my favorite era, there are still several key figures Mattel never gave us that seem pretty essential. Plus I have way too many bows in the fodder box.

Connor Hawke was the second Green Arrow, and son of the first, Oliver Queen (unless it's post-Flashpoint then lord only knows what's going--let's not speak of that mess anymore).

Not the most complicated of customs I started with a DCUC Hourman body for a more slim build with some DCUC Red Arrow hands. I swapped out a Catman belt for the pouches. The head was a cast of, I believe, a New52 DC Collectibles Green Arrow, with the neckerchief from Captain Boomerang for the back part of his mask. I sliced the middle part off from the Red Arrow back quiver to create two separate quivers. Anything else was sculpted.

And that's all. Really hope he, um, hits the mark.
