An Steve Rogers with Longshot's arms, Cyclops' hands and boots with the head of a Superman action figure.
Repainted the body with a black tone, the "jacket" was painted with a shiny black tone.
Used a different skin tone for the face and glued the glasses of a GI Joe figure.
I thought of sand the head and add a helmet, instead I left the hair and just painted in brown with some shades.
