The base figure is the Marvel Legends Ultimate Beetle. New sculpt work was done to match the appearance of the merged form of Ultron and Hank Pym. The head was heavily modified to resemble Ultron's face. The antennae are made out of a strong yet flexible sheet of plastic. The figure was heavily sanded down to remove Beetle's circular ports and additional sculpt work was done all over the body. An extra finger was added to each hand (since the Ultimate Beetle figure only has 4 fingers). The feet have been modified to have humanoid toes. A black base coat and some silver dry-brushing was used to repaint the whole figure. A combination of red and bright orange paint were used for the eyes and mouth, as well as his heart chamber.
