For this custom I decided to take a different approach to DC's animal rights activist Animal Man. I had saw a lot of customs made with X-men Angel but decided to take a different take on him. My customer wanted to show Buddy Bakers animal powers materialise physicallu and so I opted to add wings from Redeemer Spawn, an insect arm and a random monster hand from the fodder box. With the design I merged the pre and New 52 costume design with the classic Animal Man head. The body used was a DC Sinestro. The figure was painted with Citadel paints, the logo freehand and then finished with Vallejo satin varnish. Sadly I didn't get any proper final photos done as the completion time was too close to shipping. However I am extremley pleased with how this turned out.
