I came up with the idea for Tiin at a little Comi-Con at a northern Wisconsin library. During the slow times, I was reading a Star Wars Clone Wars graphic novel. Tiin was in one of the stories and the light went off.
Used Drax for the base. I drilled two holes in the sides of his head and inserted a couple short lengths of a paper clip, then sculpted the horns around them. Ground away the Pant cuffs and used Green Stuff for the tunic and boots as well. Not real happy with the lightsaber, but it's what I had to work with. Mace was from awhile back and from the Drax base as well.
