Aurora has been a member of the Canadian government's Alpha Flight as well as an X-Man. Her mutant power of Photokinesis (ability to generate powerful bursts of light) and ability to move as speedster have made her a formidable opponent and hero for Canadian and Mutant rights. Her powers were originally linked to her twin brothers, but later both have been able to produce them separately. For a time Aurora dealt with schizophrenia and mental illness, which has lead to some breakdowns but sought out help and lives relatively "normally".
For my custom, I used DC Universe Donna Troy figure. I sculpted some of the hair and used different hands from my fodder bin. Full repaint (again, unexpected tediousness getting some of the lines as sharp as I wanted) and there she goes! I have learned some new things and other body molds have come out, so I know I will be doing this one over again! Comments, questions and suggestions are always welcome and thank you for looking!
