Ixis Naugus, originally introduced in the original SATAM cartoon then prominently featured in the comic, is a figure a long time coming from me. Made from an original TMNT Slash figure from the original 80's toyline, it became Naugus after a good sanding and having new bits sculpted on with apoxie sculpt. The right hand is actually one of Knuckles' fists, with the claws cut off and fingers carved in, though the left hand is a totally original sculpt. His cape is a piece of t-shirt material, all things considered not all that complex a job.
