I made Buzz quite awhile ago and finally got around to making the other half of the Toy Story duo. The tough part was figuring out the base. I was not even looking for it when I saw the Scarecrow figure from the Marvel Ghost Rider movie line.
Anyway, removed the head and used the World War Z Terry Lane head. Ground away some of the vest and shirt details and the used Green Stuff to build them back up. Found the hat in a lot online. It was a little small but I used a heat gun to softer it the stretched it out over a couple different head sizes before fitting finally to Woody.
