Process:
This was actually a super easy custom. I spent most of the time painting the fact. I’m not super happy with the way it came out as I don’t think the likeness is there. Paint apps aren’t as smooth as I was hoping for either. Overall I’m happy with the figure because I loved the show and really wanted her on my shelf. She just needs a Luke Cage to go next to her.

Articulation:
Ball-jointed head, ball-jointed shoulders, single hinged elbows with cut rotation, wrist swivels with hinge, ball-jointed hips, upper thigh swivel, double hinged knees, ankle joint with pivot.

I'm considering doing something similar, though I'm worried about the head. What kind of joint does it have, and was it difficult to remove the head?

Definitely wasn't difficult to remove the head. I boiled the figure to get it nice and loose and they it just popped off when I pulled it. If memory serves it's a ball peg with a hinge.

Not a bad likeness, I think there's too much bangs on the right side of her head, maybe a bit more forehead showing would help? Really tough to get a perfect likeness for a real person. Perfect base choice! How does she compare in height to MLs?

I agree that the hair is a little off. I think the volume of the hair is too high on the top of her head as well. She pretty much fits in with the marvel legends line, but I noticed that the MCU figures are a little on the short side. She is just barely shorter than winter soldier Captain America but much taller than black widow. Ideally she should be about 1/8 of an inch shorter but she doesn't look bad with them. Especially if I don't have her standing perfectly straight.
