Hey guys, I'm back with a new custom. Today I present Killer Croc. In recent years Croc has lost much of the human form he originally started with and is now almost a real crocodile with tail and all. I hate that look. I wanted to go back to the roots of the character with my own twist. I started with a Locust grenadier figure from Gears of War. I added an olive green wash over the body and added real athletic wraps on the hands and arm. Next, I used a black wash on the wraps and hands, followed by red paint and wash. I painted all the original red armor silver and the pants underneath orange. The boots were also painted silver. All straps, strings and buckles also got a repaint. Lastly, I added a watered down brown wash to the boots for a muddy look. As you can see in the picture, I've made several different looks for Croc. The looks are as follows; Croc the prisoner, The escape, In hiding, and Killer Croc. Mask and shackles are from a Knock Renfield figure, cloak is from an unknown Lord of the Rings figure, severed head is a modified Toy Biz Doc Ock, arm and machete from fodder. Thanx for viewing.
