My 1/4 custom of Pennywise. I have already made a 1/6 scale custom of this character and added it to the site but he looked to small compared to my other horror figures and I wasn't completely happy, so this is my second attempt. His head was sculpted and cast from scratch and all clothes hand made I used a 1/4 luke skywalker body as the base and made the balloon by putting a real balloon over shaped foam.
