Based on Maxwell Atom's character of the Grim Reaper...The base body was an old Obitsu male and the cloack was tightly sewn into the figure's body so it's impossible to get it undressed again. The head was PVC pipe and Pingpong ball covered with industrial Putty.Painted in Citadel Paints.
