Using Todd McFarlanes 'Hydroman' from amazing Spiderman #315 May 1989 as a point of reference, I used a Marvel Icons Thor, removed the chest plate and parts of the hair, I then sculpted the scalp and shirt with apoxie sculpt. I painted the figure with testors model master acrylics.

The removable water arms was a trial and error. I ended up spraying a mold release on his hands and using apoxie sculpt (the red one) sculpted around his arms. I kept tabs on it as it cured, making sure its still fit right and attached pieces of cut-up clear blue plastic bits and then painted everything. I glued loctite GO2 glue inside the rims of the arms as it hardens as a rubbery material that keeps the parts from sliding of his forearms.
