I sure wish that Hasbro would make 6 inch GI Joe figures someday to go along with the Marvel Legends. This is a custom of a 6 inch scale Scarlett. She's one of the female members of the team whose weapon of choice is a crossbow.
I used the body of a Ms. Marvel, belt and hands from Maria Hill, and head from a movie Black Widow. The throwing stars were cut from thin cardboard and painted silver. The crossbow came from a Walking Dead Dwight figure.

Awesome idea to use the WS Black Widow head, fits perfect. Seen lots of Snake-Eyes customs but rarely any of his main squeeze and this one is top notch
