Afro Samurai is a custom that I've always wanted to do but was always afraid I would screw it up. I finally sat down and said to hell with being afraid. My goal now is to be fearless when it comes to customizing. Turns out I did screw up a bunch of times but each time I learned from it and re-worked whatever wasn't working. I learned A LOT with this guy.

Anyways, Afro was made from a superior spidey torso to get those lankey proportions. The legs under the fabric are a jean wearing wolverine figure from thr waist to the mid thigh and from the mid thigh down I spliced sota ken legs I was originally going to sculpt everything but threw that out the window and decided to challenge myself with fabric. The head is a brother voodoo cast and the fore arms and hands are from the latest Ironfist. The feet are from a sota adon figure and that I had to sand down and resculpt. The sword is actual metal and the sheath is made completely from scratch. The tails of the headband are posable and his sandals are actual wood.

This is by far my most ambitious and involved custom. I hope everyone enjoys him!
