I used a movie hulk figure and cut the waste. Removed the head, and found that the Orko head fit just right on the Hulk neck peg. I sculpted with apoxie sculpt and dremeled a hole underneath to insert clear stand where Orko floats. I glued stand to base I made to support Hulk Orko's weight.

I love this! Poor Orko could never get his spells to work out right, but at least the steroid spell hit the mark! He looks awesome and such a fun idea
