Another Pulp hero that has captured my fascination. Because of these fantastic characters, I started reading the Dynamite Comics Series Masks 2, and became totally hooked. The body was a DCUC Green Lantern John Stewart, and the head is from a Young Justice Red Arrow figure. The cape, I salvaged from a DC Direct Kingdom Come Superman, and the rope was cut from a fodder DC Direct Captain Marvel Jr figure cape. Added a little modeling clay for the cape medallions and there ya go! A little more complex due salvaging parts but we'll worth it. Enjoy and keep customizing!
