Used one of Marvel's other speedsters to make the Squadron Supreme's version of Flash. I decided not to go with the body condom version. And as one poster online put, if you choose the name Whizzer, why would you go with a yellow costume? Gave him a haircut and sculpted the hair in those spots and the goggles. Lots and lots of coats of yellow.
