Hey everyone! I'm sure a lot of Legends fans out there, myself included, have been disapointed by the various versions of Red Skull that have been released over the years, so I decided to whip up my preferred version, cobbled together from a couple recent versions. Skulls body is the Winter Soldier wave Red Skull, which is very unpopular, but I find that removing the shoulder holster and painting him all black improved things immensely. I also added some more red highlights, to help differentiate him from the Nick Fury body he has. The most frustrating part about the WS skull was the skull itself. It always looked petulant to me, not worthy of being the face of Captain America's greatest foe. Luckily, the Red Onslaught head is much, much better, although be aware that it does sit rather low on the neck. The head fresh from the package didn't fit on correctly, since the hole isn't wide enough, but some hot water and some elbow managed to get it fit nice and snug. The Luger is from the Marvel Select Red Skull. This custom is one that I've wanted to do for a while, and I'm pretty pleased with how he turned out, so let me know what you think. Thanks!
