I had never even heard of this guy before I was asked to fix him up. Some times I love Wikipedia, too. It listed one of his powers as attractive. lol He was a marine who was caught in an explosion by Baron Blitzkrieg that left him near dead. He donated his body to pretty much be rebuilt as the Million Dollar Man. Kinda worked as a DC version of Captain America. Removed the belt from the Red Guardian body and swapped out the lower legs for Wonder Man. Full tedious repaint and done.
