I love this costume, Cyclops is a member of phoenix five, so I decided to make him like the original one Hasbro couldn't release.
I used machine man as the base figure because he had extra hands for grabbing. The head with sculpted visor is from Cyclops. I sculpted his dettachable armour like Cable that I customized.
