This was an original concept character by the new owner. It is our understanding that he and his brother are graphic artists. We've already got some great positive feedback from the WIP photos... can't wait until he has him in hand to review!

Recipe is really obvious: Cyclops base, Angel head, Patriot shield (sanded down), and a really hot paint job ;op
