Garm is basically a repainted Timber from GI Joe Combat Heroes. All I did was cut the knife away from his mouth and added the tounge with some Kneadatite. Her collar is a strip of styrene with a Kneadatite buckle. The chain was some random black plastic chain from the parts bin. Everything is painted with acrylic paint and spray coated with a matte sealer.
