For this I used a Sabertooth from the X-Men line that came out around the time the third movie did. I swapped the legs with a Scorpion figure, sculpted the hat and his stomach with Sculpty. Then a full paint job, sais from Electra, scrap cloth for the skirt and armband, and finally some hoses from a Spawn toy for a belt. I might come back to this one once I get the other ninjas completed, because I think either a Planet Hulk or an E. Honda would make a better base so we'll see. Thank you for looking.
