I liked my v1 War Zone Punisher. But, I had a couple extra Franks laying around, so I decided to take another crack at it. I think I like this one best.

FO Punisher body
Movie Punisher arms, legs and holster.
Ml 4 Punisher head
Belt from a non Marvel Legends Toybiz Longshot.
Knife and Holster from FO Jigsaw.

I'm not to good at painting. So, I like things that are easy and without much added detail. Just repainted the blueish black on FO Punisher flat black, did some touch ups on the skull, added teeth, then dry-brushed to dirty up the belt.

The head is on tight(doesn't fall off) but ended up a little wobbly, any ideas on how to fix that?

oHHHHHH u dremeled the had hole alittle bit to much right to fit it on to this head lol. ya happens sometimes if u can. use some super glue n fill up the hole in the head and pop the head on... but rotate a lot so as the super glue hardens. it just fills up the extra space but still allowing the head to have its movements.... this is tricky and dangerious because if u don't move/rotate it enough you can get your head stuck or even break off the peg.... BUT ALSO. if u plan on using that head again.. don't do I because its hard to take off later... your choice! gj

It kinda goes side to side too, I think I went a little overboard with the dremel maybe. He's kinda like a bobble head now.

great punishers man! I finished up one of my own too... with that head and that specific Faceoff pun' body... its alittle trick... first off.. a lot of people don't like useing that body w/ that head cuz of the fact that there appears to be no 'Neck" since the punisher head dips in so much... secondly.. if the head is wobbly... are u sure its not just the peg neck joint that is just wobbly.. going foward and back?
