I didn't want my thugs to look alike, so I changed the hair and makeup to match the evidence mask he came with.

dremeled off hair on top, sculpted hair on sides, removed tie, and repainted face.

I didn't really have to do much, just paint over almost everything on the face with white, put on the red parts and painted the hair blue.

If anyone is interested, I made another and put that up with a regular thug as a 2 pack on a website. Just look for seller demonsight.

Thanks everyone. IF I ever do find more I'll make the others.
I'm not sure if I want to sell this one until I find more thugs. But I'll let everyone know if I put it on a website.
redmist: over on the TNI forums someone posted a pic of the movie masters thug in regular Dark Knight packaging someone found on a website. Maybe there was a packaging change?

I need like 12 of these darn thugs!!! Why the heck were they pulled off shelves? I didn't even get 2 see them Arrrrrgh! We didn't get a real reason either...It seems the rest of the figs are returning in 2 pack form but no news 4 the thugs future...does anyone know anything about this? Oh yeah, good job too.
