Black Mage from 8-Bit Theater, my favorite web-comic. It's a complete spoof off of Final Fantasy, using those characters, and very loosely basing the plot line from the game.

Dr. Strange base, robe bottom is the robe bottom from a LOTR Sarumon. Head was a casting I'd made of a Wonder-Man head that came out badly, so I just sanded off the features. His hat was made from a piece of foamie with the top being the top of a craft glue bottle.

I'd planned (and will yet) to do swappable hands for him, so that he can hold his knife of stabbity death. :-D
