Mostly a custom painted figure, but it does have some mods. It features a real metal chain with hand sculpted pendant, real metal pins on his vest, and additional sculpting here and there. Of course the peg holes are filled in to give it a cleaner look and it makes a huge difference in my eyes. The base figure came with ugly shades of beige and brown, and was topped off with pink hair. I used Testors Guard Red for the tattoo and it really makes it pop more.
