Another really fun figure. I swapped out whirlwind boots for the Protector and used putty top finish the details and blades. The belts are rubber bands and a paint marker. I cut down whirlwind original helmet and used tape for the arm bands. I filled in the body worth Apoxie. Testors paints.

I forgot to do the spikes on his arms so I added those and touched up the paint
