Used Playmates TMNT Splinter for base of body, Playmates TMNT Dojo Splinter for it's flatter feet and more flexible tail, used upper arms of Playmates TMNT Shredder 2.0
For the robe, I got a Jedi robe from eBay years ago (can't remember supplier) and tailored it to fit Splinter's body. Jump ring and various ribbon for sash.
For the joints, I used revoltech joints .
It was a well planned project and is, so far, one of my favorite pieces of work.
Looking forward to customizing the rest.

I've never been happy with their work either which is why I've customized all my playmates.
