Here's another custom I completed early this year for my buddy, Paul.
He's a big Samurai Jack fan and I always wanted to take on customizing Aku.
In the cartoon, he's very flat and has very little details throughout his body. I wanted to take a different approach and add lots of details and texture to his body. This is why I used a World of Warcraft Meryl Felstorm figure and sculpted on additional details. I painted most of his body flat black and detailed certain parts of the armor in gloss black.

-The body is mostly a WoW Meryl Felstorm with arms from a McFarlane Toys Wetworks Vampire figure. I elongated the torso and sculpted on extra details.
-The head is from a WoW Rehgar Earthfury figure. I modified the head with some sculpted details and fodder parts.
