I had a little trouble thinking up a character to make for this contest, and settled on classic Wonder Woman villain, the diminuitive Doctor Psycho, a.k.a Egar Cizko. I had a Doctor Who human hybrid Dalek Sec lying around for a while and I didn't know what to do with it, and it turned out to be an ideal base figure for Doctor Psycho. Grafted the neck of a DCUC Aquaman onto the body and took the hands from a ToyBiz movie Professor X. The head was from a Wolverine, with the sideburns sanded off and the cheeks partially resculpted. Sculpted on a new beard, new eyebrows, bulging out eyes and extra hair. Painted it up. Appreciate the votes.
