Based on the new concept Americop being explored in Captain America : Sam Wilson. He was made from a dcuc Iron figure, with bits added and sculpted pieces like the hat. Quite happy with how it turned out.

Edit: changed the left hand so he carry the "cattle prod"

I don't know much about the Americops, only seen a few images, but your custom looks spot on! you did a fantastic job with the sculpting too by the way, that hat is awesome and your choice of base fig was brilliant!
