Many years ago (more than 10 think so) I saw on the web a Neutrinos' car custom, the person who made it use 2 original seats from the Foot Cruiser. I have never seen that custom again, until today I'm still looking for it. Since that I tried to do the same thing, the car with 2 seats, accurate to the cartoon.
I get a Foot cruiser with many missing parts. It was going to be hard (and expensive) found another one to take the seat so I have to make it from scratch, I used a plastic gas can for it. The complete front was loose so I copy with epoxy clay the lights, bumper and grille from one that I own complete. The windshield was missing too, I used a bottle of soda to replace it. All the car was painted with synthetic paint and details with acrylic.
