One I've been meaning to do for about a year now. Saw Jin Saotome's excellent version, and used that as my inspiration, coupled with reference art and a little artistic license.

I began by adding the lower half of a Marvel Now Cyclops to the upper half of the Carnage figure. I swapped the lower arms and feet of Superior Venom and added the claws of Hasbro Toxin.

The heads were casts of Blizzard and Marvel Select Venom, and I sculpted the eyes onto Blizzard.

The tendrils were all made with little squiggles of Green Stuff and added piecemeal, smoothing off to blend onto the figure.

Then a simple red and black paint job and blue/grey dry brushed highlights on the black.

Very pleased with the outcome :)
