Batman and Robin came about as they are my Dads favorite characters and he said I didn’t really have either of them on my wall of figures. (DarkKnight, Nightwing, and RedHood, but no true old school Batman I guess.)

I made the elf boots, glove tops, and shirt shoulders out of epoxy. Cut and glued the belt / bottom of the shirt in place. The shirt strands are pieces of bullet from a GI Joe bullet belt. I cut away at the cape to match Robins and poked some holes in his ginch to make them look like the scaled ginch Robins loves to zip around in. Paint and DONE.
