So I started out with the series 6 Rick figure and basically just replaced the weaker joints (I.e. elbow joints, wrist swivel pegs, etc.) with joints that aren't as fragile. I upgraded the durability of the figure by removing the lower arms from the rolled-up sleeves. You must be extremely careful during this process as to not break the pegs off inside of the upper arms. If this happens, (and it did happen to me), use a dremmel tool to sand out the plastic of the peg(s) that's stuck. I then took the series 2/series 3 exclusive Rick lower arms placed them in the rolled-up sleeves. Ya may want to use just a dab of super glue in the rolled-up portion of the sleeves and then quickly rotated and pull the lower arms out and in the hole to create a thicker edge so they don't come out easily. Then I took the series 6/series 7 Woodbury Assault hands and used them as an alternative interchangeable dual-pistol wielding pose. The only thing ya loose when creating this version of Rick is the original interchangeable sprained wrist hand that comes with the series 6 figure. It won't fit properly in the series 2/series 3 Rick arm. Plus, it lengthens his right arm too much and appears unnatural if ya try to use it with the series 2/series 3 exclusive lower left arm. If ya really want that "sprained wrist" look, ya could leave the series 6 right arm in place and only replace the left arm with the series 2/series 3 exclusive Rick left arm. Also, it's pretty easy to remove his Colt Python holster and super glue it on his left leg as how he wore it when his hand was wrapped in bandages. I haven't yet made this figure, but I probably will sometime in the future and then post it for y'all to see! Anyways, thanks for viewing this custom Rick!
