The hardest thing about this one was getting him to be short enough. I started with a Puck series Wolverine figure. I removed the legs and added upper and lower legs from an ML Vision. I actually cut off about 1/2 of an inch from the upper legs to get him even shorter. The boots are from a ML Ultimate Captain America.

The rest of the recipe includes lower arms from ML Kraven and the head is also Kraven with ML Winter soldier hair.
