Kite Man was made using a DC Universe Classics Mr. Miracle body. I sanded down and re-sculpted the belt, gloves, and boots, and I replaced his left fist with a kung fu grip hand. The head is from a DCUC Ultraman with a sculpted helmet. The helmets visor is clear plastic colored with a pink permenant marker. The kite was made using vinyl, toothpicks, thread, wire, and a piece of wood dowel.
