September 23, 2010; that's the first time I made this character. I was a relative amateur back then, I used polymer clay, which after 6 years was cracked and crumbling, $1 craft paints which were dull and peeling, and I didn't even have my dremel back then so I couldn't smooth out the head for the new sculpting. I totally dismantled the figure and removed all the old clay, then resculpted everything out of apoxie sculpt except for the spines on the sides of his head which were re-purposed from an actual Sonic figure. This time I even carved the panel lines in and picked them out with a gundam marker so they look much smoother. The final result is much more durable, more symmetrical, and all around better looking than the original I made 6 years ago.
