I really wanted a more classic comic Loki than we’ve been given so far. Also, maybe with a touch of animated style thrown in too. I went with the WWII Bucky arms and legs for the lean look that I feel Loki should represent. The ML Nightcrawler head needed some work on the chin-but again I think the expression fits Loki well. Oddly enough I’m most proud of my work with the Bullseye torso; it was broken into three separate pieces in my fodder bin. I didn’t really do anything to avoid paint rub as he is just to sit on the shelf with the other Avengers bad guys. I had a lot of fun making this guy and I hope you all like him. Thanks.

awesome work sir! did you have to use dremel in some areas or do the joints of the bucky arms fit perfectly in bullseye's torso?

Y thank you for your comment. I use my Drexel on all arm/leg swaps. Just taking the slightest bit off I find helps for paint rub. In this custom if you look close you can see the arms are a tad loose, but they will pose and hold. The legs on the other hand were a little too tight. Just some more takin off with my dremel. Hope that helped.

You really oughta make figures based on the versions of the Norse gods described in the original texts.

Thank You. Horns are from a wooly mammoth toy, trimmed up and glued into place.

Awesome !!! I dig me some classic Loki !!! Really nice paint work. By the way, what is Kang clutching in his evil, time-shifting hands ?

Thanks, man. Kang has some fodder pieces I took from some of my boys figures. The gold one works well for some sort of gun and the other one could be some sort of remote control for his chair or whatever, Thanks for the comment.

I agree, it is rather a shame we've not gotten a Legends scale classic Loki, although you've done a great job making one of your own. Excellent selection of parts, and you're right, that Nightcrawler head works perfectly for the God of Mischief.
