My latest project , made as a gift for a fellow customizer. The recipe is as follows:
Head -Neca guile
Body - Marvel legends Hercules
Arms - sculpted over hercules arms
Bracelets - 200x Ram man
Legs - lengthened and sculpted hercules
Feet - reductive sculpt and sculpt for the straps
Fur - fake fur donated by a friend, hand stitched lining on all of it.
Belt - UFC championship sculpted over
Wolf heads - Dr.who werewolf and LOTR Waarg
Necklace - skull from 200x castle greyskul, teeth are the fingernails off a Dr. Who werewolf, string threaded through.
Axe - unknown
Side arm axes - MOTU castle greyskul weapons rack

Think that about sums it up for this one, except that it was painted with games workshop paint and sealed with loctite brush on superglue and games workshop satin sealant.
