Whew. Too much white. I like the Phantom Rider design, but white is just evil. Thankfully, it wasn't yellow. I feel like that would be worse. A simple direct repaint, but he required a few different pieces. A cast head and hat from AvacsLab, a cape from Grim Reaper, along with his left hand. Holsters from Punisher, six shooters I probably got from a GI Joe figure at some point, and a sculpted belt. Little tedious to get the white smooth and blended, but overall pretty happy with him in the end.
