Max based on his appearance in the second movie. This guy is actually a present for Fwoosh's 2016 Secret Santa, not a custom made specifically for this contest. Just a nice coincidence.

My goal here was to make Max an even more "self built" man, that's why his shotgun and leg brace were built from scratch and are just a bit different than in the movie. I'm super happy than in hand, the head painted as it is now, looks really similiar to a young Mel Gibson. Of course, since it's the apocalypse, he's shaded with multiple dusty/ground colors. It doesn't pop and hit you in the eye right away because I like my shading to be heavy and complete, yet on the subtle side.

Hey Bud - I had this custom made to go with my NECA scale Mad Max. It's not an official release, but we finally have a 7" scale version of Mel's head! You can even get the guy to paint it for an extra fee. Love your work! Just go to eBay and search "NECA Mel Gibson" and it should be one of the first results. (I'd include the link but it's not allowed).
