Here is another older project that I would love to redo some day, using the new Stormtrooper headsculpt and maybe trying a different paint style.
My Imperial Stormtrooper squad. I always do packs of 6, so customizing these is always a long run. These were done 3 years ago , I believe. I wanted to have a perfect squad of troopers with working holsters. Had gotten some TVC Sandtroopers and a few Black Series Stormtroopers and decided that they were the best sculpt to use at the time.

1) I cut off all the necks and sanded the necks down, so the helmets would sit lower (they always had a long neck because of the pauldron).
2) Filling out peghole in back.
3) Removing original holsters and adding new ones. These were made from original templates from the costume department. Cut from plastic sheets painted. A real pain because I could not get the glue to work on the plastic material and ended up having to sew them with string.
4) Touching up all the black details (lenses, joints etc). These were mostly bought from Tunhori, so paint was pretty iffy, had to do a lot of cleaning up. Added clear gloss to lenses.
5) Tarkin is the TVC one, with a replacement skirt from another officer, full repaint from green to grey. 3,75 all the way :-)
