Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. This is a project I made during the summer and took pictures of, but I didn't ever get round to uploading them here until now because I took SO MANY! Especially as there is so much detail which is nigh impossible to show. Anyways, I wanted to remake my Hogwarts that I posted and I ended up adding more and more. I started from the underground up, knowing that I would get up to the courtyard and castle where I was with the other one. So I started with the final challenge and built steps up to the chess challenge and the winged keys room with the devils snare plant ontop and fluffy ontop of that, then I have the chamber of secrets and made a working chute down to it and made room for the Basalisk fit into Salizar Slytherin's statues mouth. The pretty much ended up buildign more and more and yeah it got as big as it is. I realsie that this is not a 100% accurate portrayal of hogwarts, but the design is made so that it incorporates all the critical scenes throughout the series that occur in Hogwarts. I suppose Divination class is one I missed but there was no place to put it and I do not even have a Trelawney minifigure so I didn't feel the need. To me Potions class and Defence against the Dark Arts and the main classes that we spend the most time in throughout the films. I am really happy with how it turned out and kept expanding and getting better and more detailed. I bought quite a few custom ninifigures such as Kingsley Shaklebolt and Moaning Myrtle as they were never made and I feel they are integral for certain parts, especially Myrtle. There are lots of touches I like, such as the spiders leading from the bridge down to Hagrids Hut's back door, but I incorporated a couple of Gold Statue Knights with Twin head axes as a homage to the GBA game of the Chamber of Secrets, where they are invinsible enemies that you pretty much have to avoid.
