Black Bolt was made using a DC Young Justice Batman, with sculpted bits on his wrists to make the wider gloves, then painted black, then with a Bucky Cap head. His belt and the tuning fork on his head were made from this weird sticky silver paper type stuff I had lying around. His wing things were made from some crinkly foil containers meant for storing food, it had those crinkles in already so I just cut out the shapes, one for when his arms were down and another for when they were outstretched.

I'm fairly happy with how he turned out, but I'd appreciate any other ideas for how to make his belt, wings, tuning fork, and also any tips on how to paint those silver designs on his costume better...they look very hand painted at the moment but I can't think of a way around that!!
