I'm also not wild about the metal claws for a couple of reasons:
1. The claws are just metal spikes, which takes away from their comic accuracy.
2. The claws aren't coming out from the sheaths on his hands, and the glue or sculpt you used to cover the sheath holes looks a little sloppy in comparison to the rest of the figure.
3. The metal claws are unevenly bent, and some of them point in different directions from each other.
Other than that, it's a pretty solid looking figure.
Mask sits a little high due to those insane traps. I might be able to mod future molds of the mask now that I have a better casting option for doing so - going to be testing that out soon.
As for the claws:
1. That's a personal preference - google "Wolverine Claws Out" and you'll see plenty of portrayals where they're not comically over-sized blades. I still make them with the steel-cast blades for others, but this guy was made with the intent of staying in my collection, and I personally think the giant knife blades look goofy (see my most current Wolverine, which I think looks a little doofy, but it works better with the Yellow, and everyone else seems to love). Also, if you know what the shape of his bone-claws are, imagine those with some adamantium coating. Tadaa.
2+3. Yeah, glue could be better and the metal is a little uneven -- whoops, but the claws are coming out of the pre-made holes that the figure came with for claws.
